It serves engineering contractors and building material wholesalers in over 30 countries. It is a 5-star Gold Brand merchant on Alibaba International Station and invests 800,000 yuan annually in precise customer acquisition resources.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing new customers in the European and American markets through LinkedIn and Google, deeply connecting with engineering procurement decision-makers, and customizing project quotation plans.
  2. Following up on orders throughout the process: from inquiry conversion, sample sending, to production scheduling, customs declaration and clearance, to ensure delivery timeliness.
  3. Maintaining high-value customer relationships, exploring secondary procurement needs, and assisting the technical team in solving overseas installation and after-sales problems.
  4. Participating in international exhibitions such as BAU in Germany and IBS in the United States to collect market competition information and optimize regional sales strategies.

We are looking for you:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in international trade / English, with CET-6 or above, and able to conduct business negotiations fluently.
  2. 1 year of experience in industrial category export, familiar with the building materials industry is preferred, and able to independently operate import and export processes.
  3. Possessing project thinking, proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer resources, strong resilience, and able to adapt to cross-time zone communication.
  4. Holding a driver's license is preferred, and willing to participate in 1-2 overseas exhibition trips each year.
