The core tasks you will undertake:
- Be responsible for the recruitment of all positions: focus on core positions such as R&D engineers, production management, and foreign trade sales, and through recruitment websites, headhunting cooperation, internal referral channels, etc., explore high-quality candidates to ensure the timeliness and quality of recruitment.

- Optimize the entire recruitment process: from resume screening, interview invitation, re-examination organization to offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up, design standardized processes to enhance the candidate experience and reduce the turnover rate during the probation period.

- Build an employer brand matrix: operate the enterprise recruitment公众号, Maimai / LinkedIn recruitment accounts, plan campus lectures, industry job fairs, etc., to convey the corporate culture and talent philosophy.

- Improve the talent reserve pool: manage the resources of candidates at all levels categorically, maintain and follow up regularly, provide talent support for business expansion; analyze recruitment data (onboarding cycle, recruitment cost), and output optimization reports.


We are looking for someone like you:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources management, business administration, etc., with 1-3 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing / high-tech enterprises preferred.

- Familiar with the operation of various recruitment channels, possess strong resume screening skills and interview evaluation techniques, and can accurately match job requirements.

- Fluent in communication and expression, strong in stress resistance, have a good sense of empathy and service awareness, and be good at coordinating internal and external resources.

- Proficient in using Excel for data statistics and recruitment management systems are preferred.
